TERMS OF USE
Effective September 28, 2026. ShipCove is operated by PhotonSells LLC. These terms apply to your use of our shipping portal. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing a label. Questions can be sent to salesmanager@photonsells.com.
Use ShipCove only if you are an adult able to enter a binding agreement and are authorized to act for any business or person whose information you provide. Use accurate account details, complete the required verification, and protect your sign-in credentials and invitation links. Do not share access, create deceptive accounts, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address misuse, suspected fraud, unresolved balances, or security issues; contact support to request a review.
ShipCove helps customers prepare domestic U.S. shipments and create UPS labels through its connected carrier account. PhotonSells LLC operates the portal; UPS performs the transportation. You are responsible for lawful contents, suitable packaging, accurate weight and dimensions, recipient and return details, and correct declared value. Follow the applicable UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, restrictions, and tender requirements. A label purchase does not establish that a prohibited or restricted item may be shipped.
The guided label assistant and packaging tips help enter information and compare quotes. They do not verify deliverability, measure a package, establish that packaging is suitable for its contents, or guarantee a lower price. Review all filled details. Compare only packaging you can actually use, with its measured packed weight and outer dimensions. Quotes may omit later carrier corrections, including packaging-related charges that the supported rate request does not represent.
Active verified customer accounts can purchase live labels without manual owner approval. Payment, account status, shipping limits, and carrier requirements still apply. The owner may review matching account information, including return-address and phone details, to help prevent duplicate accounts or misuse. This review is not a promise of formal identity verification.
There is no minimum shipping credit balance or required balance after purchase. Purchases paid with shipping credit require enough available credit for the confirmed purchase amount. Default purchasing limits allow up to 20 label/pickup purchases and $250 in combined label and pickup spending during a rolling 24-hour period. The owner may adjust your account limits. A purchasing limit does not cap your responsibility for valid UPS invoice adjustments. Contact support to discuss access or limits before purchasing.
The price shown before purchase includes pricing set for your customer account. Choose available shipping credit or PayPal when offered at checkout. Shipping-credit purchases deduct the confirmed amount from your balance. PayPal purchases are paid through PayPal for the selected labels and do not require a shipping-credit deposit. Review the price per label, quantity, and total before confirming. Carrier services and quotes depend on the information you enter and may change before purchase. UPS can assess later invoice adjustments.
Send Zelle payments only using the current recipient details displayed in Credit & billing, then submit a deposit notice. A notice is not proof of payment. ShipCove verifies receipt before making funds available. PayPal opens a hosted checkout and determines which payment methods are available to you. Contact support promptly about an incorrect payment or credit entry.
Shipping credit is an account balance for services through ShipCove, not cash, a bank account, or a transferable payment instrument. Promotional credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Requests to return unused deposited funds require account, payment, and outstanding-charge review; these terms do not remove any refund rights required by applicable law. Refunds for labels paid with shipping credit return to that balance rather than initiating a Zelle payment. Refunds for PayPal purchases are requested against the original PayPal payment; PayPal handles delivery to the applicable payment method.
A pickup is a separate booking. Review the quoted fee, address, package count, and pickup window before confirming. If the carrier response is uncertain, the reserved amount stays held for review to avoid duplicate booking. A cancellation confirmation does not itself confirm a carrier fee credit; any refund is reviewed against the carrier outcome. A return label is a separate purchase and does not void or refund the original shipment.
Split orders contain separately priced parcels. Each parcel requires its own accurate measurements and label purchase. Item allocations and dispatch checklists organize your work; they do not establish carrier possession. Carrier-provided location hours, tracking updates, delivery estimates, and address suggestions may change. Review restrictions and retain handoff records.
The quantity option can create 1–20 separate labels using the same shipment details, subject to account limits. Every label has its own tracking number and is for one package matching those details. This is not a way to reuse one label on multiple packages. Quantities above one are unavailable for labels linked to an imported order; use that order’s parcel workflow instead.
UPS may charge or credit amounts after shipment for corrected weight or dimensions, address corrections, surcharges, or other carrier billing reasons. You are responsible for applicable charges associated with your shipments, including corrections caused by inaccurate shipment information. ShipCove records approved customer charges or credits in your activity with a reference. Importing an invoice alone does not charge your balance: the administrator reviews the evidence and the customer amount separately.
An approved additional charge can reduce your balance below zero and prevent new purchases until funded. If you disagree with an entry, contact support with the shipment and invoice reference so we can review the evidence. Do not include account passwords or bank-login information. A pending dispute does not by itself change the recorded balance.
When the offer is available, an eligible new verified customer can receive $5 in promotional shipping credit once after verified wallet deposits totaling at least $20 and manual owner reward approval. Registering alone does not earn the credit. An eligible referrer can receive $5 in shipping credit after the referred customer’s qualifying wallet funding and first live label paid with their shipping balance, a seven-day review hold, and manual owner approval. Pay-per-label checkout does not qualify for these wallet-based offer requirements. Eligibility, exclusions, sharing disclosures, and reward review are explained in the Welcome and referral offer terms.
Test-mode labels are not valid postage. If a purchase times out or its outcome is uncertain, check its status or contact support before buying again. Shipping credit may remain reserved, or a PayPal payment may remain under review, while the outcome is investigated. Batch and quantity purchases may partially succeed; completed labels remain charged if another label fails. The checkout tracks each label separately. For a confirmed failure after PayPal payment, the affected label amount is submitted for refund; an uncertain carrier outcome requires review before refunding or retrying.
Use Void label in Shipments to request cancellation of an unused label. UPS determines whether a void is available. Do not use a label after requesting a void. Downloads are unavailable while its void outcome is uncertain or after a confirmed void. After UPS confirms a void, ShipCove schedules the original customer label price for refund 3 business days later, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays, using Eastern time. The scheduled date appears in Shipments and the checkout receipt. The refund returns once to shipping credit for a credit purchase, or through the original PayPal payment for a PayPal purchase. This is the scheduled processing date, not a guarantee of bank posting. PayPal and the applicable financial institution may take additional time. A scheduled or processing refund has not been confirmed complete; check its saved status before submitting another request. This delay applies to confirmed voids, not refunds for confirmed label-creation failures. Final UPS charges and credits remain subject to carrier invoice reconciliation.
A support request is not itself a carrier void or a refund. Use Check void or contact support when an outcome needs review. Separate adjustments and requests to return unused deposited funds require their own review. Keep shipment, tender, and purchase records for any carrier claim.
Declaring a value can increase UPS’s maximum liability for a package, subject to UPS’s terms, exclusions, proof requirements, and applicable limits. It is not shipping insurance and does not guarantee reimbursement. Enter the actual value, keep supporting records, and review the quote before purchasing.
ShipCove’s individual-label form allows up to $50,000 per package; the carrier may apply lower limits based on the contents, service, or tender method. For a value above $1,000, follow the high-value receipt instructions: print two copies, tender the package to a UPS driver, and retain the signed copy. ShipCove’s high-value workflow does not support a drop box or retail/Access Point drop-off. Required receipt files must be saved before the label becomes available to download. Batch labels do not add declared value; use an individual label for this option.
Address suggestions do not guarantee deliverability. Check the entire address, apartment, residential setting, and package information. Importing an order does not purchase postage or automatically update a marketplace. Upload only records you have authority to use.
When you use Google Places suggestions, the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service apply to those features. Our Privacy notice explains the information shared with providers.
Label purchasing requires an active carrier connection, an eligible account, and sufficient shipping credit or a successful PayPal payment when offered. Carrier, payment, hosting, authentication, and address services may be interrupted or unavailable. ShipCove does not guarantee an uninterrupted service, a particular delivery result, or payment of a carrier claim. Applicable carrier service guarantees are governed by the carrier’s terms.
Michigan law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing consumer protections that cannot be waived. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support first if a problem arises; this does not prevent you from using available legal or consumer-protection channels.
We may update these terms for future use and will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase or earned promotional credit. Our Cookies and storage notice is informational; dismissing it is not acceptance of these terms.
